| Academics: | We do not have a formal educational component. However, we endeavor to teach our residents social skills, writing, and about the natural environment, including geology, plant names and uses, identification of birds and other animals, stars and seasons, and camp cooking. Many schools grant direct credit in these areas. |
| Activities: | Kayaking, climbing, service projects, environmental education and primitive skills instruction. |
| Counseling: | The Catherine Freer program offers a unique treatment approach designed to foster significant positive change in a short period of time, as well as being a complement to outpatient treatment of preparation for longer-term residential care. |
