| Description: | Three Springs' New Directions Transitional Living Program helps boy's (age 15-19) "transition" back into a normal life. The children learn acceptable modes of behavior and the social skills needed to deal with "real life" situations. Most teens who enter this program have come from some other type of program. Residents receive counseling from licensed professional counselors, attend an accredited school on campus, and work in a positive peer culture where they can learn respect, individual responsibility, and how to interact with others in a community setting. This is often a necessary step before returning back home, or to total independence. Three Springs - Helping Troubled Children Discover Lasting Solutions since 1985. |

| Academics: | Each Three Springs residential program provides an on-campus private accredited school that is part of an overall education program. For many troubled teens, their poor performance in school is caused by underlying problems. Three Springs focuses on your child’s individual issues and incorporates the treatment process into his or her education. |
| Family Involvement: | Even though your child may not be living at home, you will still be an important part of his or her life and treatment. Family involvement is key to the success of our programs. Visitation shows support for your child and restores the child’s faith in himself and the family. As soon as your child enters a Three Springs program we begin the process for reunifying your child with your family. |
| Philosophy: | Three Springs understands your concerns as a parent for a compassionate, effective adolescent residential treatment philosophy for your child. Our programs address the issues of troubled adolescents in a positive way, treating the whole child – mind, body, and spirit, in a group model that is proven to be highly successful |
| Financial Assistance: | Many families come to us with one main question…..do we have the resources to pay for this program? We’ve worked with many families just like yours to find ways to afford the treatment your child so desperately needs. Once we have identified the Three Springs program that best suits your child, our admissions staff will help you find and verify funding resources. A variety of sources may be available, including loans, insurance, educational funding, tax deductions and adoption subsidy funding. Three Springs will work with you to find a financial solution so you can get the help your child needs. |
