| Description: | The mission of Telos is to invite and assist every person affiliated with the program to move toward his or her ultimate potential. We believe that the five cornerstones of lasting change are: Love, family, spirituality, principled-living, and insightful choices. Telos cares for 24 boys from a beautiful historic mansion built in 1926. The facility size, décor and architecture combine to intentionally create an atmosphere of warmth and security. We strive to employ the “best of the best” in the industry and purposefully keep our staff to student ratios high and our group size small. We are a staff-secure program. |

| Counseling: | Our multidisciplinary treatment team values diversity among therapeutic interventions. In addition to over 20 hours of individual, family, group, and recreational therapy per week, Telos offers wilderness treks, animal-assisted therapy, service projects, family days, community activities, and an intensive “principles program.” Metaphor and ceremony are used to help our youth take the leap from mere behavioral change to a genuine revision of their value system. Telos provides true individualized treatment, family involvement, staff that live the principles we teach, quality improvement, and diagnostic precision. As an owner-operated program, we are committed to reaching our own “telos”. |
