For families that like what Palmer Adventures offers, and would like to try a shorter experience
during the summer... Palmer Adventures offers summer programming for family workshops
and week-long family camps.

-Reserve a customized family trip with us!

-Camps and Workshops focus on: structured time where families focus on their particular
dynamics, what is working well, and what needs to be improved; and unstructured time
where families can relax and recharge together.

-Our programs are very upbeat, and focus on each family's strengths. It is our
goal to assist families in getting the tools that they need to go home happier and healthier.

-Of course, all meals, programming, and recreation are included and led by Palmer Adventures
staff, directors, and/or co-founders.

Weekend Workshop (Friday to Sunday)- $450/person
- Friday Arrival/Pickup, Travel to Site, Dinner meet and greet, Evening events
(they’re secret!), and a campfire, too (of course).
- Saturday Early start, Morning devotion, breakfast, drive to River for Raft trip (your
choice of scenic or whitewater), dinner at site, evening events, campfire
talks, lights out.
NOTE: (This day can include an Optional overnight raft trip)
- Sunday Events planned to coincide with the family’s departure schedule,
including a wrap-up meeting…

Family “Charge!” (Week-long Custom)- $975/person
Donkey-supported backpacking trek, mountain biking, road-bike tour, multi-day rafting trip,
climbing, multi-sport, surfing, etc…

- Tuesday Arrival/Pickup, Travel to Site, Dinner meet and greet, Evening events
(they’re secret!), and a campfire, too (of course).
- Wednesday Pack-out for Family’s chosen trip option, on trail, dinner, evening
events, campfire talks, bed time.
- Thursday On adventure option, wake-up, morning devotionals, breakfast,
events of the day/travel, lunch, travel/options, dinner prep and meal,
evening events, campfire talks.
- Friday On adventure option, wake-up, morning devotionals, breakfast,
events of the day/travel, lunch, Solo time/journaling, dinner prep
and meal, evening events, campfire talks.
- Saturday On adventure option, wake-up, morning devotionals, breakfast,
events of the day/travel, lunch, travel/options, dinner prep and meal,
evening events, campfire talks.
- Sunday On adventure option, wake-up, morning devotionals, breakfast,
events of the day/travel, family meeting/trip wrap-up, travel to airport,
depart.. Begin!
