An initial assessment is done to determine, in general, if the proposed resident meets the entrance criteria
Boys who are struggling within their families. Defiant and Angry. Disrespectful to authority. Lacking self-control. Experimenting with drugs and alcohol. A.D.H.D. Deteriorating academic performance. Poor peer choices. Self-defeating behaviors. Wanting the independence of adulthood but not the responsibility.

Auto Mechanics, woodworking, photography, welding, low and high ropes courses, working Ranch, KIds participate in Astronomy, swim in lakes, fish and enjoy the abundant wildlife in the area.
Christian counseling. A psychiatrist and psychologist are associated with Flying H.
Ranch occupies nearly 430 acres of ranch land. The primary facility houses some 24 residents and the property includes a school, maintenance building, shop, livestock barns and staff housing
Family is involved. If the family brings the child in they will stay with the child for 2 days. They provide parent work shops
